FAQs

  • We are an out-of-network provider and accept some insurance — use this link to see if you qualify and we’ll discuss it on your consultation call.

  • We are an out-of-network provider. The goal is to tailor care specifically for the patient and we need to be empowered with a more personalized approach than most insurance companies can provide. Because when a patient gets the care that they need, they enjoy a quicker return to function, sport and a pain-free life. This also allows for price transparency — we believe in quality, patient-centered care and this includes being transparent about the cost of service. It is our pleasure to be able to offer a different experience at Morph PT.

To say that navigating insurance can be tricky is an understatement. We're here to help!

  • We’ll provide you with an intake form that covers everything you need to know prior to showing up for your first session.

  • Please wear workout clothing so we can perform a thorough assessment and have you move around comfortably.

  • Your first session and all sessions afterwards will take approximately one hour.

  • We’ll start by discussing your symptoms and/or goals. We’ll do a physical and visual assessment and from what we observe and assess, we’ll be able to provide appropriate modifications, strategies, and exercises to optimize your movement patterns.

We’ll work to build a plan that will work for you and your schedule. You’ll leave the visit with a personalized home exercise program and plan for follow-ups to get you feeling better and on track to your goals. No one session is the same but each one will be an hour long with one-on-one attention.

  • We see individuals of all ages and activity levels, from the recreational to the professional level. We deal with everything from acute to chronic injuries, diagnoses and conditions of all kinds, as well as post operative rehab and failed surgical cases.

  • We do some virtual sessions on a case-by-case basis because some plans of care are best done in person. We’ll cover this on the intake form we have every new prospective client fill out before the consultation call.
